Using the drop cloths from tables in my printing studio and stretching the multi ink-layered canvas across old wooden screens used when I first started printing; these one of a kind monoprints hold a special place in my heart. Like rings on a tree, they layers tell a story of process and growth, where I've been and where I am going.
These screen printed collages are 100% recycled reusing drop cloths along side retired reclaimed wooden screens. No two pieces are alike! A super unique addition to any wall or mantel. Can be hung horizontally or vertically.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Canvas is hand stretched over an Earth Cadets wooden frame used for screen printing. The frame was made by historical Chicago business, Chicago Silk Screen and lovingly used until I switched from wooden screens to aluminum, gallery wrapped and stapled in place.
Piece measures 40" x 30"
Wooden frame makes for easy hanging or leaning, works either horizontally or vertically
